Customer care and assistance on-island is provided 24 hours a day. You or your clients can reach out to our concierge team at any time to request check-in-services, transfers, hotel and flight packages to other islands, tour booking and flight reconfirmation. In the event of an emergency, or if you need to make some last minute changes, our 24 hour concierges are happy to assist.

VIP Upgrades

SunTours Caribbean provides VIP services such as departure lounge passes, luxury transfers and fast track services through immigration and other arrival services for clients who wish to travel in style. Airport Meet and Greet Services

Our staff are on hand at the airport to ensure a seamless transfer to the guests' acommodation. Your clients will be met with a welcome sign by our professional, friendly concierges, who will escort them to their pre-arranged transport and ensure that their luggage is transferred safely. If your clients require any assistance upon departure, our staff will be more than happy to assist them then, as well.
